Wow. I am surprised I lost so many inches considering I was discouraged by the 3 pound loss. I wanted to lose like 5 or 10 pounds (I do realize that's not very realistic but still... A girl can dream) :)

Also, this wasn't a full week on the program since Monday was a holiday so I started Tuesday. Hopefully I can keep it up.

Day 5 breakfast (cheat day)

Tried to start the day right with protein.
2 eggs
Sausage
Tomatoes
Cheese (*cheat)
1 piece whole wheat toast (*cheat)
Coffee with flavored creamer (*cheat)

The 3 cheats so far didn't taste as good as I thought they would, except the coffee creamer, that was wonderful. Probably because that's the first sugar I've had all week!

Day 4 dinner and EOD

Went to Chipotle for dinner and ran into a couple people so forgot to take a pic. I had the salad bowl, chicken, pinto beans, pico, corn salsa and gauc. Was SO good! I ate half and brought the other half home. I'm proud of myself for not eating out more this week since previously I ate out at least one meal every day.

Water: 4 liters (barely, I finished the last liter a little after midnight)

Thoughts: Tomorrow is my cheat day since I'm taking my daughter and grandma to a tea house in the afternoon. I think this is a diet I can maintain for awhile since I'm not hungry on it. I need to eat more vegetables but have been doing pretty good considering previously I ate none. I also plan on exercising more next week, I've been pretty lame in that department this week.

Thoughts: Today wasn't that difficult, I wasn't hungry. I did want to eat a couple times which reaffirmed my thoughts that I eat when I'm bored. Just distracted myself with something else and it went away.

4 hour body

Even though I'm not starting today- I decided to take some measurements and start tracking since I did start P90 Master yesterday. I have started P90X 3 separate times in the last 3 years (never getting farther than 32 days). I finally came to the conclusion that I modify WAY too much and should just suck it up and do an 8 week cycle of P90 master since I am way out of shape and very overweight right now. I did take some before pics but just don't have the courage to post them. On to the measurements-

34.5% body fat (OBESE!)

It's been awhile

Well, another 16 months have passed by and I'm worse off then when I started this blog. I just started reading "the 4 hour body" and this is the place I've decided to use to be accountable. I'm going to upload before pics, stats as well as taking pictures of every bite I consume. Interesting idea and something I haven't tried before. I'll also track my workouts here. So, tomorrow is another day and I'll start in the morning!
