Week 1 weigh-in (slow carb diet)

Weight- 169 (-3)
neck- 13 (-1)
R arm- 12.5
Waist- 34 (-2)
Hips- 40 (-1)
R thigh- 23 (-1)
R calf- 15 (-.5)
Total inches= 137.5 (-5.5)

Testing done with Omron Fat Monitor
33.5% body fat (lost 1%)
29 BMI ( down .4)

Wow. I am surprised I lost so many inches considering I was discouraged by the 3 pound loss. I wanted to lose like 5 or 10 pounds (I do realize that's not very realistic but still... A girl can dream) :)

Also, this wasn't a full week on the program since Monday was a holiday so I started Tuesday. Hopefully I can keep it up.
