Well, another 16 months have passed by and I'm worse off then when I started this blog. I just started reading "the 4 hour body" and this is the place I've decided to use to be accountable. I'm going to upload before pics, stats as well as taking pictures of every bite I consume. Interesting idea and something I haven't tried before. I'll also track my workouts here. So, tomorrow is another day and I'll start in the morning!
