Well first off my stats:

I don't feel like measuring so I'll save that for later.
Onto the interesting stuff. I'm on day 11 of P90X Lean and another yoga day. An hour and a half seems like a long time to devote to yoga. But again~ I fit it in. Got up at 5:30 this morning, wasn't too tired and not having a particularly bad day. then when I went into Savasana (corpse pose) it happened again (this has happened twice in formal classes and twice at home). I cried. Not the boo hoo I'm feeling so sad kind of crying- just ... release. tears. a heavy heart. and for no reason I can formulate. After googling this phenomenon I realize it happens to other people. its strange. but somewhat cleansing. so.... I guess just go on with my day and be left to wonder what it was all about.

Its been awhile!
Wow- just looked at the this blog and realized i havent posted since Feb! So... 6 months... Where does the time go. I can happily report I've lost 11 pounds since Feb ( but its actually more since I gained weight in between). In June we went to Arizona for 2 weeks and I was 172, I didnt gain or lose while on vacation which was frustrating since I was doing my best to eat right. When I came back I had many appts with an endo and was informed I have PCOS and insulin resistance. They put me on Metformin and Im feeling more like my old self everyday. So! 15 pounds in 2 months! Not bad! I've been walking/ jogging 4-6 miles a day and have only missed one day in the last 2 months. My energy is good, no terrible cravings and my mood has mostly stablized(pMS is still a sketchy time). So maybe this weekend I'll do a measurement check-in here and see how I'm doing measurement wise.

32.6% body fat (lost 1.9%)
28.8 BMI ( down .6)
Well even though my weight hasn't went down this week, I have lost a little bit more body fat. I started doing weights this week and have been sore all week. That's a good thing- right? :) I'll continue to post weekly stats but no more food photos- they haven't been that helpful to me.

I've decided I'm not going to be negative about this... Rome wasn't built in a day and this fat didn't get on my body in a day either. I'm still eating somewhat clean, but have been negligent in taking and posting pics. Mostly because I hadn't entered my stats and I didn't want it to get all out of order. I am happy I've maintained under 170 for almost 10 days- I never trust a day or two because of water weight and whatnot. So hopefully I've left that behind and I can focus on getting to 150 and beyond. I have a personal trainer now and I've been diligent about doing free weights. He assures me this will produce results- time will tell. My mood has been pretty good the last couple days, another plus.
